I made this Collorage during a gloomy foggy day and was perked up by the warmth of these red, orange and ochre colors, which remind me of the glow of burnished metal.

This shape reminded me of a teardrop.

Rummaging through a myriad of paper scraps, these particular shapes found themselves in an arrangement that to me looked like sailboats and I launched them into this Collorage.
