We’re excited to announce the 3rd annual community-wide 100DayProject!
We’re doing something different with The100DayProject in 2016 – we’re pairing it with a theme called “Across the Lake”.
This theme was inspired by – and we think beautifully highlights – the shared geography of Lake Superior that two participating upper Midwest regional arts organizations have in common. Our partners this year are the Grand Marais Art Colony in Minnesota and our good friends at the Marquette Arts & Culture Center.

Across the Lake … The heart of the “Across the Lake” theme is about exploring connection & relationship. It could be a relationship with oneself; with others; or with an idea, a material, a new skill, etc.
Important dates: The “Across the Lake” project will begin on Friday, January 22, 2016 – and end 100 days later on April 30th, 2016.
Start mulling over intriguing ideas now for your 100 day project. What would you enjoy creatively exploring for 100 days?
When you come up with a solid idea, register your project below. It’s free and easy to do.
After you register your project – begin on Day 1, January 22, 2016. Then do something hands-on with your project each day for 100 consecutive days – even if it’s just 10 minutes a day.

By registering your project, you’ll receive our newsletter along with an invitation to have your project work included in a virtual exhibit. You’ll also get tips for getting started and staying motivated, important updates along the way, and ideas we hope will inspire you!

How does it work?
It’s simple. Decide to participate. Come up with an idea you want to explore for 100 days — the simpler, the better.

Day one starts on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2016.
